Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 10 days of the delivery date.

Items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Non-Returnable Items

Underwear, swimwear, or bodysuits (for hygiene reasons)

Customized, altered, or made-to-order garments

How to Initiate a Return

Include your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a return address.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we have received and inspected the returned item.

Please allow up to 7 business days for processing.

Shipping fees (if any) are refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please don’t hesitate to contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing photos and details, and we’ll resolve the issue as soon as possible.
